Products and stock
Know what is in stock before the next order
WABs connects product records, customer orders and stock visibility in one workspace, so a small team can check quantities without maintaining a separate product list.
Explore WABsWhat the inventory view tracks
Add a product with its available quantity and a low-stock threshold. The inventory view shows available stock, units sold, units reserved, and whether a product is in stock, low, or out of stock. A movement history records order-related deductions and restocking when an order is cancelled or refunded.
- Keep product quantities and low-stock thresholds beside product details.
- Review sales-related stock movements and current stock status.
- Use the same product catalogue for your online store and supported chat order flows.
- See stock availability reflected when customers browse and place orders.
How a typical workflow works
- Create a product and enter the quantity on hand and the threshold you want to monitor.
- Share it in your store or let customers find it through a connected WhatsApp or Telegram flow.
- Review order status and stock movements in the Products and Inventory views.
- Update the quantity when you receive or count new stock.
Scope: WABs currently provides product-level stock tracking for a business catalogue. It is not a multi-warehouse or supplier purchasing system. Order stock is deducted when payment is confirmed; availability and payment behavior depend on the configured checkout flow.
Connected to online selling
Stock records are most useful when the products, prices and order channels stay together. Pair inventory tracking with a mobile-friendly online store or WhatsApp and Telegram automation to give customers a clear way to browse and order.
