Optional customer rewards
Reward repeat customers with purchase-based points
Set simple spend ranges for your loyalty programme, record purchases in the dashboard, and let customers check the points recorded against their phone number.
Explore WABsSet rules that fit your store
Choose a minimum and optional maximum purchase amount for each points range, then set how many points a qualifying sale earns. For example, a store could award a small number of points for purchases inside a selected amount range. The business chooses the amounts and points; WABs does not impose a public rewards rate.
Record sales and check balances
- Enable the optional Loyalty tool and add the purchase ranges you want to use.
- Record a sale from the dashboard with the customer phone number and purchase total. You can optionally select a catalogue product.
- WABs applies the matching points rule and updates that phone number's recorded balance.
- Create a keyword with the “Check loyalty points” action on a connected messaging channel. Customers send the keyword to receive their balance.
Teams can review recorded sales and customer balances in the Loyalty workspace. Phone numbers entered in local or international format are normalized for balance lookup.
Important: Loyalty is optional and may depend on the company's plan. Points are calculated from sales recorded in the Loyalty workflow; do not assume every existing store order is automatically imported into a loyalty account.
Keep customer rewards practical
Start with a small set of clear ranges and explain the programme to customers in your own terms. Pair it with a WABs online store for product browsing, or use chat automation to let customers check their recorded balance.
